# Jahvix > Jahvix is a one-person app and website development studio in Ireland: iPhone and Android apps, fast websites and web apps, and the maker of Nana Says No, Dúisigh and NuaIrish. Jahvix is run by Atul Kumar Jha, an independent developer in Ireland. It does two things: it builds and sells its own apps, and it takes on client projects in app and website development. Clients work directly with the developer, and get a fixed price for an agreed scope before work starts. - Website: https://jahvix.com - Email: hello@jahvix.com - Based in: Ireland (works remotely with clients anywhere) - Hire page: https://jahvix.com/hire/ ## App and website development services - [iPhone and Android app development](https://jahvix.com/hire/#apps): Native apps in SwiftUI and Kotlin with Jetpack Compose, from first sketch to App Store and Google Play approval. - [Website development](https://jahvix.com/hire/#websites): Fast, mobile-first websites and landing pages for businesses and products, built to score 100 on Google Lighthouse and look like nobody else. - [Web app development](https://jahvix.com/hire/#web-apps): Web apps with sign-in, a database, dashboards and email or push alerts that work as well on a phone as on a laptop, like NuaIrish. - [AI features and integrations](https://jahvix.com/hire/#ai): Voice, conversation and smart features behind a small, secure backend, with spending caps so the bill never surprises you. - [SEO and AI search optimisation](https://jahvix.com/hire/#seo): Structured data, sitemaps, AI crawlers allowed and an llms.txt file, so Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can read your site and describe you accurately. - [App Store and Google Play launch](https://jahvix.com/hire/#launch): Store listings, screenshots, privacy forms and review. After a short call you get a fixed price for an agreed scope, so there are no open-ended hourly bills. ### How long does it take? A website or landing page takes about 2 weeks. A first version of an app takes about 4 weeks. Your proposal includes the timeline before any work starts. ### Do you build apps for both iPhone and Android? Yes. I build native apps in SwiftUI for iPhone and Kotlin with Jetpack Compose for Android, and handle the App Store and Google Play submissions. ### Will my website show up on Google and in AI answers like ChatGPT? Every site is built for it: fast pages, clean headings, structured data, a sitemap, and an llms.txt file that AI assistants can read. Nobody can promise a ranking, but nothing on the site will hold it back. ### Can you redesign or take over an existing website or app? Yes. I can rebuild an old site on a fast modern stack, keeping your content and your search rankings, or pick up an existing app and keep it moving. ### Who owns the code? You do. Once the project is paid for, the code, designs and accounts are yours. ### Do you work with clients outside Ireland? Yes. I am based in Ireland and work remotely, so clients anywhere are welcome. ### Who will I be working with? Me. Jahvix is one developer, so the person you talk to is the person writing the code, and I have shipped my own apps to the App Store, Google Play and the web. ## Build log - [How to get your business recommended by ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity](https://jahvix.com/blog/get-recommended-by-chatgpt/): What actually helps AI assistants find and recommend your business, what's still hype (including llms.txt), and how to check what they say about you. - [How much does a website cost in Ireland in 2026?](https://jahvix.com/blog/how-much-does-a-website-cost-ireland/): What Irish businesses pay for a website, from €300 templates to custom builds, the yearly costs on top, and what you should get for your money. - [How much does an app cost in Ireland in 2026?](https://jahvix.com/blog/how-much-does-an-app-cost-ireland/): Real price ranges for iPhone and Android apps, what pushes the cost up or down, the running costs nobody mentions, and whether you can just build it with AI. - [Website or app: which does your business need?](https://jahvix.com/blog/website-or-app/): A plain-English guide to choosing between a website, a web app and an iPhone or Android app, with the questions that decide it. - [Koko is an owl now](https://jahvix.com/blog/koko-the-owl/): Redrawing Dúisigh's mascot as an animated owl, and why plain video beat animated WebP by five times. - [Building jahvix.com](https://jahvix.com/blog/building-jahvix-com/): A playful company site that still loads fast: throwable app stickers, a 3D workbench, and a logo A/B test that had to be fair. - [Dúisigh is on Google Play (the App Store said not yet)](https://jahvix.com/blog/duisigh-on-android/): Porting Dúisigh to Android, getting it through Play review, and the iPad bug that got the iPhone version rejected. - [Teaching Nana to say no on iOS 26](https://jahvix.com/blog/nana-on-ios-26/): The locked-app screen in Nana Says No, what iOS 26 did to its colours, and why you now have to knock three times. ## Optional - [Full text of every page and post](https://jahvix.com/llms-full.txt) - [About Atul](https://jahvix.com/about/) - [Open stats](https://jahvix.com/stats/) - [RSS feed](https://jahvix.com/rss.xml)
