Terms of use

These terms are between you and Atul Kumar Jha, trading as Jahvix, in Ireland ("we"). By using Tukko you agree to them. If you got Tukko from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies.

Tukko Pro

• Tukko Pro is a subscription. It's paid through your Apple or Google account and renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
• Price alerts and smart search depend on shops' websites and your phone. We work hard to keep them accurate, but we can't promise every price or alert.
• Backup keeps a copy of your saves in your Tukko account while you have Pro. If Pro ends, Tukko stops backing up new changes; what's already backed up stays until you delete your account. Keep your phone's own backups too: we take care of it, but can't promise nothing is ever lost.

Shared piles

• You're responsible for what you add to a shared pile. Don't add anything illegal, hateful, or that you don't have the right to share.
• A pile's owner can remove saves and people, and turn web viewing on or off. We may remove piles or accounts that break these terms.
• Anyone with an invite link can join a pile, so only send it to people you want in.

Links and shops

Tukko shows and opens other people's websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, prices or sales. Some Amazon links earn us a commission at no cost to you.

The app

We provide Tukko as it is and may change or stop features. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost saves or indirect losses; keep anything important somewhere else too. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Irish or EU law.
